Welcome to the official website for Mind B4 Body Fitness & Spa. We appreciate your visit to our website. The information forth going is to help you in your quest to achieve not only your fitness goals but to help you increase or achieve some spiritual goals as well. Mind B4 Body Fitness is not just a name.. Some of you have opt not to make any new year resolutions for the fear of not staying committed to your own words. If you tell someone your not making any resolutions this year, which is nothing but a goal, you're telling yourself something un-true. Lets face it, we all set goals from day to day, some are short term and others are long term, some are expressed to others and some are not. In order to achieve a goal, you must think of one first, then visualize yourself making it come true. Write down the necessary steps that you need to take to make this goal a reality. Calculate within reason the time it will take to happen. Stay focused and most of all, honor your own words. Goals are part of the FAITH family. You are saying you're going to achieve something that has not yet manifest itself . So it's okay to make New Year resolutions despite what others say. Never stop having FAITH. Speak whatever you desire into existence. GOD gave us the authority and power to do so. What we have noticed with most people who have made resolutions is that they neglect to exercise their faith, faithfully. Please understand that we know faith is not something easy to live by or to attain with so much going on in our lives and the world around us, but it can be exercised in our lives. For God did not give us a spirit of timidity, but a spirit of power, of love and of self-discipline. (2 Timothy 1:7) We believe in you and we will
continue to believe in you even when you don't believe in yourself. GOD bless you!

| In many cases we can avoid visits to the doctor for an ailment. The majority of ailments we suffer from are self induced; (unhealthy food selections and lack of exercise). Making an appointment to the doctor is similar in many ways to when you make an appointment to have the oil in your car changed (it's routine, nothing is wrong) but while your car is being serviced they will also check other components and if something needs replaced it's because of wear and tear, not abuse. Some of you have not seen the doctor in years because of fear of a bad report. Take the time to do an inventory of yourself and if need be seek the help of a health practitioner. |
| Parents, we must break the chain of unhealthy eating habits and incorporate a more physical fitness lifestyle for our offspring. Our kids learn better from what they see than what they hear when it comes to eating and exercising. If you have kids that are OBESE and they do not suffer from some type of ailment, I hate to be the one to tell you, but you played a major role in their condition Think about it! If you're not practicing good eating habits and exercising you are contributing to ongoing health concerns. If you don't want to help yourself at least help the GIFT that GOD gave you - your kids, after all we are their teachers! |
