Most of us, at one time or another have practiced unhealthy eating habits and paid the price for it in one of several ways - in the form of INCREASED BODY FAT, OBESITY, HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE, HIGH CHOLESTEROL, BORDER LINE EMPHYSEMA, VITAMIN DEFICIENCY, UNCONTROLLABLE SUGAR CRAVINGS, CONSTIPATION, BLOATING, and FATIGUE, and the list goes on. However, they made a commitment by giving up something they enjoyed doing that was causing harm to their body for something over time. They can delight in the fact that this is actually one of the best things they could've done for themselves. Exercising should be a part of your life not apart from you life; exercise is a necessity not a luxury. If you are not an active participant in any form of exercise on a consistent basis, you are doing more harm to your body than you are aware of. A sedentary lifestyle alone is a health risk. |
| Deterioration of the body by way of living a favored life should be the ONLY way our bodies deteriorate. We as mortal beings are in control in more than one way of how we look and feel. Exercising and eating healthy may not be something you can conquer on your own, and if you need that outside support, give MIND B4 BODY FITNESS a call for a consultation. The results are OBESITY, HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE, HIGH CHOLESTEROL, EMPHYSEMA, VITAMIN DEFICIENCY, UNCONTROLLABLE SUGAR CRAVINGS, HEART ATTACK, STROKES, COLON CANCER, THROAT CANCER, ETC. |
| In many cases we can avoid visits to the doctor for an ailment. The majority of ailments we suffer from are self induced; (unhealthy food selections and lack of exercise). Making an appointment to the doctor is similar in many ways to when you make an appointment to have the oil in your car changed (it's routine, nothing is wrong) but while your car is being serviced they will also check other components and if something needs replaced it's because of wear and tear, not abuse. Some of you have not seen the doctor in years because of fear of a bad report. Take the time to do an inventory of yourself and if need be seek the help of a health practitioner. |
| Parents, we must break the chain of unhealthy eating habits and incorporate a more physical fitness lifestyle for our offspring. Our kids learn better from what they see than what they hear when it comes to eating and exercising. If you have kids that are OBESE and they do not suffer from some type of ailment, I hate to be the one to tell you, but you played a major role in their condition Think about it! If you're not practicing good eating habits and exercising you are contributing to ongoing health concerns. If you don't want to help yourself at least help the GIFT that GOD gave you - your kids, after all we are their teachers! |
