WOW! Where do I begin? I met Reggie in May. I knew the 1st time I talked to Reggie that he was a highly motivated person. What I learned later on was his passion & love for fitness, nutrition, health, etc. The more I talked to Reggie, the more I learned about his dream of having his own fitness studio. His great desire to pass on his knowledge of personal training, fitness & proper eating to others was already in place. What I didn't realize, was that he had been working on this dream for most of his life. Reggie and I had talked about him personal training me. At first I was a little nervous because I knew how serious Reggie was & I wasn't sure if I could do it. I had trained in the past with a female who left a bad taste in my mouth. I wasn't excited about my routine nor was it very challenging. At any rate, I finally decided to do it.
In July I stared what would be my lifetime training with Reggie. I went from 1-day a week to 2-days a week & look forward to seeing Reggie & wondering what he will teach me next. It's always something new & challenging. I never get bored & love every minute of the pain I endure. I struggle with my nutrition, but not because of Reggie - I've just never been a healthy eater. I went to my internist for my yearly check-up I had gone from 184 lbs. to 175 lbs. (a 9 lb. weight loss); 3% body fat loss, my cholesterol has gone from 203 to 184 (it was 293 ). My LDL has gone from 113 to 103; my HDL has gone from 59 to 52 & my triglycerides have gone from 162 to 144. Finally, Reggie has also give me a great deal of guidance from the Bible.
Reggie, you are simply the BEST! I adore you, everything you stand for & stand to accomplish. I promise to keep working @ my nutrition & hope that by the time I'm 75 (I'm 50 now) I will have it down to a science!
All the very best
