Dear Prospective Clients of Mind B4 Body Fitness:
I started working out in the gym on a regular basis in November, at 5'2", I felt 150 pounds was too heavy so I decided to hire a personal trainer, who got me on the right track to losing weight and building muscles. I set a goal of losing 20 pounds by July 31, I was doing pretty good losing inches, but found I wasn't keeping the muscle mass nor losing the weight in the areas I wanted. My trainer suggested eating better and drinking lots of water.
In April, at 142 pounds, I consulted with Reggie, he designed me a nutrition plan that allowed me to eat all the things I enjoyed. Pork chops; seafood, rice, sweet potato, yogurt and fruits amongst a lot of other foods were on the menu. During the first two weeks I lost 6 pounds. I was eating 5 meals a day, drinking a gallon of water, exercising regularly and feeling good about my progress. By June, I was stuck on 135 pounds. Those last 5 pounds would not go away! I consulted with Reggie again and he suggested I do my cardio early in the morning and stick with my nutrition plan. Yeah right, I'm not a morning person. After resisting, I tried it, it helped tremendously. On July 5th, I weighed in at 132 pounds. I now have a new goal of 125 pounds to reach by October 31st. I know with the help and support I get from Reggie I will succeed. Thanks Reggie for everything. I will keep you abreast of my progress. Good luck to those trying the services of Mind B4 Body Fitness. You will be pleased with the service you receive.
Sincerely,
Dee Dee Liddell
