Hey Reggie,

Long time no hear from.  I just want to say thank you for helping me change my life for the better. I went shopping this past weekend and brought a size 8.  I have never been a size 8.  It felt so good to see that all that hard work is finally paying off.  I have not felt this good in a long time. I am still eating right and exercising only 5 days a week now instead of 6.  Reggie I really appreciate you dealing with me nagging and wining to you during these last 6 months, yeah 6 months and I believe that I am at 130 now which means I have lost 20 lbs.  I guess the tough part now is keeping it off.  Also thanks for helping my friends Theresa and Tiwana too.  They really appreciate you also.
