I have been coming to Reggie Allen at Mind B4 Body Fitness since January. I believe the name holds the key to my success. In January, I was 200 lbs with 39% body fat.   That is too much for anyone, especially a 32 year old woman. The first thing I had to change was my mind. The "I can't" and "I don't have time" had to go. Once I changed my mind about my overall health and took a honest look at what I was eating, I made every effort to change. I started with the Suddenly Slim product, then a customized meal plan and finally a one-on-one workout. 

 

The customized meal plan is great because it is designed to your taste.  You are not forced to eat things you don't like. In March I met with Reggie for my re-visit and I was so pleased with my results, I am now 180 lbs. with 32% body fat and that's with a small relapse. If you stick to the plan, you will achieve your goal. Beware, a changed mind is a continuous process. Success in the beginning, does not mean success forever. You have to constantly renew your mind and keep your goal in front of you before you can see the change in your body. Don't let the compliments of people make you think you have arrived. Only you know what your goal is, which for me is reducing my body fat percentage and the weight loss will be the result of that. I have not arrived, but I am well on my way.
